It began with an unmet need.
Through years of consulting on strategy, BSC, KPIs and leadership development, our founders recognised that technical expertise alone does not prepare someone to lead people.

TOPSKILLS was born. A belief took shape.
TOPSKILLS was founded on the belief that people can grow sustainably when they are understood, assessed accurately and given the right opportunities.
